Shiv Shankaran Nair
, MBA (SBS), FCIM, FIE, MRIIAMr. Nair is the Managing Director of British Borneo Holdings Ltd, a Maltese mini-conglomerate with interests in Natural Resources, Shipping and Manufacturing. He has over 12 years of experience in political advisory roles in the FSU, and prior to that in Africa. As Advisor to the Cabinet of Ministers in Turkmenistan, he was involved in all the gas acreage negotiations in the Eastern Caspian, and subsequently in the negotiations for the Trans Central Asian Gas Pipeline. Mr. Nair provides strategic advice on investment in the FSU Energy sector to a portfolio of clients including Alstom, Arriva, EDF, INEO, Rhinemetall, Toyo Corporation, China Railways, CMAEC and CEDC. He is also a Director of RAM-Borneo Ltd, a joint venture with International RAM Associates of the US, British Borneo Steam Ship Co., Eastern and Oriental Capital and British Borneo Petroleum Ltd. Mr.Nair is an appointed special advisor to The President of the Republic of Kalmykia, and on his behalf was involved in negotiations for the sale of Oman's stake in The Caspian Pipeline Consortium to the Russian federation.
Mark L Zammit
, MBA (Henley)Mr. Zammit is a recent MBA graduate specializing in Business Transformation and Strategy. Mr. Zammit is an experienced Banking Professional with over 11 years experience in Banking with past experience in Financial Markets, Human Resources, Business Development and Training and Consultancy. Currently Mr. Zammit is Operations Manager for British Borneo Holding Company in Malta; and is responsible for business generation and development in the various areas of the holding company, including Security Consultancy, Public Procurement, Oil and Gas Exploration and telecommunications. Mr. Zammit is a key facilitator in the operations of RAM Borneo Associates and is also Director of Lonestar Corporation (www.lonestarltd.com) and Bureau Securitas Ltd (www.bureausecuritas.com).
Jan Willem Bogert
Mr. Bogert has been an active player in the telecommunications industry since 2000. He has sunstantial experience in International Fixed and Mobile communication technology. Mr. Bogert has been responsible for Business Development projects for major International Telecommunication Companies around Europe and has also a high degree of commercial and technical experience and expertise. He was International Business Development Manager for one of Europe's main carriers for most of his career before recently moving on to a more independent role in the telecommunications industry.
Jeroen Brüggemann
, MSc. Ind. Eng and MgeMr. Brüggemann graduated as Master of Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente, The Netherlands. He has been in the Telecom Industry since 2001. Mr. Brüggemann has been a part of management teams at some major European Telecommunication operators. Notably, he was Regional Director for Royal Dutch KPN, and was responsible principally for the wholesale traffic negotiations on a European level. Mr. Brüggemann has garnered an elaborate network of contacts within the fixed and mobile operator markets worldwide gained through his experience in the market. Mr. Brüggemann brings his technical and commercial experience and expertise to Premium Borneo.
